INTELLECTUAL POWER

About the Founder

Brother Rizza Islam is an internationally recognized educator, activist, and health advocate whose life’s work centers on empowering communities with truth, knowledge, and practical solutions.

Born and raised in Compton, California, Rizza was raised vegetarian in a household where natural healing was the foundation of daily life.

Long before social media made herbs trendy—and long before social media existed—herbs were simply how his family lived.

His mother, a naturopathic doctor, introduced him early to the science of plant medicine, detoxification, and holistic wellness, shaping the path he walks today.

Rizza began teaching at just nine years old and by thirteen was leading classrooms in morals, literacy, drug education, and life skills—serving youth and adults in some of America’s most underserved neighborhoods.

Over the last two decades, he has addressed issues including mental health, nutrition, environmental wellness, government policy, and the impact of systemic injustice on Black and impoverished communities.

His fearless research and global education on health freedom earned him international attention, and in 2021 he was conferred an honorary doctorate by the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan for his contributions to medical ethics and bodily autonomy.

As the creator of Intellectual PowerTM, Rizza translated a lifetime of herbal knowledge into a premium formula designed to support brain health, clarity, and vitality.

He is also the bestselling author of Message to the Millennials and founder of the Intellectual Xtremist platform. Featured on NPR, BBC, ABC, Forbes, Rolling Stone, and major podcasts such as Drink Champs and Sway’s Universe, Brother Rizza remains committed to one mission: equipping people with the tools to think critically, live healthier, and reclaim their power.
